San Antonio, Texas, January 2025 – Gov2Biz is proud to announce that it has been chosen by the Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF) to streamline infrastructure project management by implementing Project Delivery Plan (PDP) System. This new relationship further deepens Gov2Biz’s presence and commitment to Alaska.
Project Delivery Plan (PDP) is a modern cloud-based system transforming how Alaska manages transportation programs including – FHWA and FTA Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP), Federal Aviation Administration Capital Improvement Program (CIP), discretionary grants, and all capital improvement projects.
The PDP system centralizes over 6,000 capital transportation projects worth $6 billion in federal investments. The PDP system enables data-driven decisions and efficient project delivery of the critical infrastructure projects including – highways, bridges, roads, marine highways, transit systems etc, and compliance to exacting grant reporting and management requirements.
