Bentley-Nettles

Bentley Nettles

Bentley Nettles, a retired Brigadier General Bentley Nettles, who also served as executive director of the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission. He is Attorney of Law at Nettles Law PLLC and started his career in the US Army as National Security Fellow. With expertise in regulatory affairs, he has influenced industry policies and demonstrated exceptional leadership. He also served as general counsel for the Army Element Joint Force Headquarters in Austin and was a founding member and former chairman of Brazos Valley Cares, a nonprofit focused on assisting military veterans and their families. His exceptional leadership skills and forward-thinking approach have contributed to the growth and success of numerous organizations.

Manoj Baheti is the Founder & CEO of Yash Technologies. An adept technologist at heart with a keen sense for transformative innovation. He is an accomplished business leader who encourages the entrepreneurial spirit is his team. He has built and operated companies that have a global scale of operations and clientele.

His management and executive skills as well as a servant leadership style is a guiding light for all his companies.

A servant leader with a love for technology. Karthik excels in digesting complex business problems, and translating them into elegant technological solutions. His engineering background, first-hand experience transforming businesses, working with state and local governments, deep understanding of licensing and unrelenting passion are key to the success of Gov2Biz. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

Krishna Gobburu

DELIVERY HEAD

A veteran of the IT industry, Krishna is a results-oriented executive with over 25 years of experience . He excels in end to end project delivery from planning to implementation. He honed his skills over 15 years at Dell Inc. and has worked with Federal and State governments. He holds a M.S degree in Engineering, Post Graduate from the University of Texas Austin on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. He lives in Austin with his wife and 2 daughters.

Chandramouli Kandukuri

Chandramouli is a Master of Technology with over a decade of experience delivering complex technology projects across customers. His technical prowess, insatiable hunger for perfection, keen eye for detail as well as a strong grasp of the latest technological advancements, keeps Gov2Biz on the leading edge of technology. He is the CTO at Gov2Biz and prior to this he was the Sr. Software Engineer at Office Consumer Credit Commissioner, Govt. Of Texas. Before that, he worked at Invensys as Sr. Software Engineer.

Santhosh Lakshmanan Vellaiyappan

HEAD OF MARKETING

Santhosh, a creative marketer with a proven record in public sector growth, has vast expertise in devising successful B2B, B2C, and B2G marketing strategies. As Gov2Biz’s Head of Marketing since October 2022, he previously held VP roles in Demand Generation and was a Fractional CMO at Stirista and MeRlin. Santhosh’s work includes Walton Marketing, Marvel Batteries, My Digital Marketing Team, and RheinBrücke IT Consulting. His innovative approach and captivating content yield outstanding customer experiences. He earned a Master’s in Technological Entrepreneurship from Northeastern University and a B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Anna University.

Chris Wiggins

DIRECTOR OF CLIENT IMPLEMENTATIONS

Chris, a financial analysis expert with 30+ years of experience, excels in managing accounting processes for large corporations and streamlining business operations. His robust background encompasses financial management, reporting, planning, analysis, and enhancing organizations’ financial health. Currently the Director of Client Communications at Gov2Biz, he previously led accounting at Touchstone Communities, Robert Half, CFS, New Millennium Logistics, Y&L Consulting, SolPower Millennium, and Syndee’s Corporation. Chris holds a degree in Business, Finance Accounting from Valparaiso University and is PMP certified by the PMI Project Management Institute.

Jim Acton

DIRECTOR OF LICENSING & REGULATORY AFFAIRS

Jim Acton, a technology executive with 20+ years in the gaming industry, has held various leadership roles. As Gov2Biz’s Principal, he consults on business development for lottery and gambling content and service providers. He is also an Advisor at Giv2Biz and EQL Games, leading game studios and technology solutions for the lottery industry. Jim’s prior experience includes Scientific Games, Hasbro, Massachusetts State Lottery Commission, and Fidelity Investments. He holds a Master’s in Communications from Boston University and a BA in Journalism from the University of Connecticut.

Antonio Jones

PROJECT MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Antonio, a proficient project manager with 17+ years of experience, has managed municipal projects for the U.S. Government (Air Force & Army Civilian Service). A customer-centric leader, he excels in operations, strategic planning, communications, staff integration, and administrative services. His expertise in handling complex government projects and timelines ensures Gov2Biz’s success. Antonio has previously worked with organizations like Y&L Consulting, Infotree Global Solutions, J-S3 Management Solutions, and US Army Installation Management Command. He holds an MA in International Relations from Troy University and a BS in Management & English from the University of Maryland.

Andrew Brady

SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Andrew Brady, a technology expert with 9+ years in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure, excels in cloud-based infrastructure, data fusion, and AI/ML-powered entity resolution. Skilled in SaaS integration and customer service, he exceeds public sector client expectations. As Gov2Biz’s Senior Account Executive, he develops and implements a licensing application on AWS. Previously, he led IDI’s National Law Enforcement & Government Sales Team, expanded idiCORE Investigative product, closed major contracts, and held roles at Cortera, Centerfield Media, and Comcast. Andrew has an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from State College of Florida- Manatee-Sarasota.
