Located in San Antonio, Y&L Consulting Inc. has spent the last 20 years helping several private sector clients solve their most tedious problems. These clients include: Fiserv, Google, John Deer, SAP, HEB, Solar Turbines, PharMerica and many more.

Voted one of San Antonio’s Best Places to Work, Y&L stands against the test of time. From the popping of the dot-com bubble, the 2008 financial crisis and more recently the COVID-19 pandemic — Y&L has thrived through them. Throughout the Coronavirus pandemic, Y&L did not fire any full-time employees and was able to maintain working at a normal pace with 97% of employees working remote.

They are unable to consistently innovate, increase efficiencies and provide better service to their customers because they are fettered by stale technology and vendors who are solely in the pursuit of money. So, we created an independently operated business unit: Gov2Biz, with a singular focus: Power the government.

With a fresh approach to old problems, Gov2Biz builds and perfects solutions that allow government agencies to fulfil their mission. These agencies serve the country. We exist to serve them.
